How do I place a custom order?
Use the Order page and submit your event details, quantity, flavor, theme and inspiration photos.
Does submitting an order request guarantee my date?
No. Your order is only confirmed after Jackson's Sweets reviews the request and confirms availability.
Can I send an inspiration photo?
Yes. The custom order form includes an option to upload an inspiration image.
How do preorders work?
Preorders are limited-time products with their own ordering deadline and pickup schedule.
Can I request a specific color or theme?
Yes. Custom orders can be designed around your preferred colors, event theme and decorations.
